Berla vehicle forensics workshop in INsig2

For the first time in Croatia join us at Berla’s workshop to learn more about vehicle forensics and how it can impact your investigations. Workshop will take place in INsig2 education center in Zagreb on Friday, 12th May 2017

USA company Berla, global leader in automotive digital forensics and cyber security, and their partner Swedish company MSAB, global leader in forensic technology for mobile device examination, in cooperation with INsig2 are organizing a workshop in Zagreb.

Workshop will take place in INsig2 education center in Zagreb on Friday, 12th May 2017.

During this one day workshop you will get a chance to learn about Berla’s vehicle forensics kit called iVe and see live demonstration on a vehicle.

Workshop will be in English, all materials will be provided on the spot and lunch is included. Even though workshop is free of charge for all participants, please have in mind that the number of seat is limited. Reserve your seat at email address no later than 5th May 2017.


About iVe

iVe is a vehicle system forensic tool that acquires user data from vehicles sold throughout the world. iVe provides forensic examiners, investigators and accident reconstruction professionals a means to quickly and intuitively analyze data. Vehicle infotainment and telematics systems store a vast amount of data such as recent destinations, favorite locations, call logs, contact lists, SMS messages, emails, pictures, videos, social media feeds, and the navigation history of everywhere the vehicle has been. Many systems record events such as when and where a vehicle’s lights are turned on, which doors are opened and closed at specific locations, and even where the vehicle is when Bluetooth devices connect.

iVe uses a combination of hardware and software to acquire forensically sound images via nondestructive means at the logical and physical level. An import feature gives users the ability to import raw files acquired via a flash chip reader or similar technology. Whether the dana was acquired directly with iVe or imported, iVe will decode, parse, and present key data.
