INsig2 visited INTERPOL World

INsig2 representatives visited INTERPOL World in Singapore form 14 till 16 April 2015

INTERPOL World is a biennial trade event which promotes public private partnerships and serve as a business platform for security manufacturers and service providers to offer innovative security solutions to law enforcement agencies, government officials and security professionals from the commercial sectors.

INTERPOL World is owned by INTERPOL and supported by Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs.  It took place in Singapore from 14-16 April 2015 and it was alongside the official opening of the INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation (IGCI) and the 22nd INTERPOL Asian Regional Conference.

More than 8,000 participants, 200 companies from 30 countries and law enforcement from across the globe were brought together for this event.

INsig2 representatives visited INTERPOL World and shared their experiences with colleagues from the same field. Some of the companies who also visited this event were Microsoft, RSA and Symantec on cybersecurity, 3M, Entrust Datacard and Securiport on border management, Motorola Solutions and Thales on safe cities, and DCTA and SICPA on supply chain security.

INTERPOL World creates an environment for public and private sectors to come together to identify, develop and drive security initiatives for real world security situations across Cybersecurity, Safe Cities, Border Management and Supply Chain Security.
